Based on reliable information, police force of Peren intercepted 2 (two) stolen Boleros at Mhainamtsi inter-district check gate, 1(one) Red Bolero B/R No.NL-07-6372 which was reportedly stolen at Khatkhati on August 11, 2016 was seized at the gate.
According to SP Peren, the second Bolero B/R No.NL-07-8670 (Green) tried to escape and the vehicle was intercepted and seized after a high speed chase towards Heningkunglwa.
In this connection, one suspect has been arrested and both the vehicles have been handed over to the rightful owner on production of documents after observing all necessary legal formalities. Further investigation is under progress.
