Student ministry conducts youth event

Students’ Ministry under Youth Department of Nagaland Baptist Church Council conducted a Youth event on the theme ‘Rethinking Faith’ in Chümoukedima from September 15 to 17.


Ministry Team included Dr. Kethoser Aniu Kevichüsa as the main resource person, Ono Kevichüsa, he Youth Secretary, NBCC Rev. Suhuto Chishi, Students’ Ministry Coordinator, NBCC Pelesevi Mor, the Dunatos and Leshe Worship Team.


During the event, series of discussions and interactions on important topics like: “The Existence of God, Faith, Christians in Workplace, Atheism, Sexual Identity, Addictions, Living with a sense of Purpose, Science and Technology, Worldviews etc,” were elaborated by the resource person.
A worship service was also organized with the Chümoukedima Youth Combined Fellowship at the Lotha Baptist Church, Chümoukedima Town.


Along with the fellowship, the Ministry Team also visited C-Edge College, Mount Mary College, Tetso College and Patkai Christian College (Autonomous).


The youth department expressed gratitude to the Sumi Baptist Church Chümoukedima for the accommodation and to all the individuals for the necessary arrangements initiated towards the success of the programme.
