Superintendent of Police launches CCTV project at Phek town

Superintendent of Police (SP) Phek, Vesupra Kezo, NPS launched Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) on July 8 at Phek Town Clock Tower. According to a DIPR report, the SP while speaking on the occasion stated that such type of equipment/technology is very important to tackle illegal activities and cautioned against engaging in criminal activities as the CCTV machine would capture footage ‘round the clock’.


He expressed gratitude for the successful installation of the CCTV adding that it was the need of the hour. Meanwhile, president, Phek District Chamber of Commerce & Industry (PDCCI), Chetezo Akami highlighted the CCTV project and thanked former ADC Er. Phuleshe K. Yepthomi, W. Venuh Enterprise Phek, Sunrise System Dimapur, and the business members for their contribution.
