St Xavier Catholic Church (SXCC) Kidima observes Holy Family of Jesus, Mary and Joseph with Rev. Fr. Vemedo Joseph Kezo from St Joseph College (SJC), Jakhama as main celebrant on December 29 at church premises.
A press release from SXCC Kidima stated that, Rev. Fr. Vemedo Joseph Kezo in the homily said without God’s blessing people cannot live a good life. Family, society and village were all God made and not by human choice, he added.
Eucharist, visiting and prayers for sick people was held and special prayer offered for new couples. Special number was presented by students of SJC. Parents, children along with Franciscan sisters of Saint Mary of the Angels (FSMA) took part.
