Tepzen Agro-Food & Farmtech (TAFFT) inaugurated its latest feed manufacturing plant at Tesophenyu, Tseminyu, on Tuesday, marking a step forward in agro-industrial development in the district. Deputy Commissioner of Tseminyu, Japheth Woch, graced the launch event and officially opened the facility.
Addressing the gathering, Woch stated that courage and determination are the true foundations of entrepreneurship, not merely financial capital. He urged TAFFT and local entrepreneurs to remain committed to their goals, highlighting that no success comes overnight.
“Fear of failure is defeat in itself,” he remarked, encouraging youth and aspiring business owners to not to be disheartened by setbacks but to pursue new approaches with resilience.
Pointing out the tendency to follow familiar paths in Nagaland, the DC called for boldness in exploring untapped opportunities, particularly in farming and agri-business He emphasized that since the plant sources its materials locally, farmers can benefit directly by supplying produce—fostering mutual growth through collective effort. Woch concluded by reiterating the importance of community collaboration in building a sustainable economic future.
