Repairing and maintenance work of abandoned Tamlu-Merangkong road which was in deplorable condition has been going on for the last two weeks. The road repairing has been done under the initiative of extra assistant commissioner (EAC) Tamlu, Nukshimatong and with the cooperation and contribution of Tamlu Area Public, Phom Peoples’ Council, and some government departments and will wishers. The work is expected to be completed within a week.
