Tangkhul Hoho condemns murder

In a press release issued by its president, Lungmi Kasar, the Tangkhul hoho has expressed shock at the brutal murder of Leiyaton Soro, a nurse who served at Nazareth Hospital in Shillong, and whose body was found at a hill cliff, Ryndang Briew, on the Shillong-Guwahati highway. The hoho urged the concerned authorities to arrest and book the murderer(s). The release added, “The murder was inhuman and barbaric and deserved the harshest punishment.”
