The Art of Living (TAoL), Nagaland president, RS Paswan has extended Magh Bihu 2019 greetings to all, specially the Assamese community living in the State. In a greeting note, he urged everyone to welcome Magh Bihu, also called Bhogali Bihu, with open arms and positive thoughts.
