Tamlu Bühü Union Dimapur (TBUD) will be hosting a Phom Monyui Moo festival celebration program, on April 2, 12 noon, at its union treasurer K Hamtok Phom’s, residence, Purana Bazaar, Mt view colony.
All citizens and bona fide members have been requested to attend the celebrations in traditional attire.
Educational institutions and government offices have also been requested to grant one day leave to those who have to attend the celebration on the scheduled day.
