Startup India, as part of its continued efforts to promote the start-up ecosystem and strengthen grassroots innovation, has launched the TEJAS initiative (Transforming Entrepreneurial Journeys Across States and Districts) across 132 districts in the country.
Under this initiative, two district-level workshops are scheduled in Nagaland—in Kiphire and Shamator—organized in collaboration with the department of Industries & Commerce along with the respective district administrations.
The workshops will be held on April 14 at Hopongkyu Memorial Hall, Kiphire, and on April 16 at Government Higher Secondary School, Shamator.
The TEJAS programme seeks to identify, nurture and support aspiring entrepreneurs, startups and students in non-metro and underserved regions. It aims to facilitate access to institutional support, mentorship and resources required for building and scaling enterprises.
