Temsumongba to release singles

Naga folk fusion singer and songwriter, Temsumongba Ozukum, is set to release another single titled, “Asen Tetsu Oshi” (Our Mother Tongue) on April 7, 2023.
In his words, Temsumongba said, mother tongue is vital part of one’s life as a citizen of a particular region or area.
It reflects the culture, value and tradition that a person is connected to and on a daily transaction, mother tongue serves as an essential and effective tool for communication in a family setting and beyond.
When a language is lost, a whole tribe and its essence becomes extinct, he said.
The new folk fusion single will be released on YouTube and other streaming platforms.
