The Tenant and Business Welfare Association of Super Market condemned the recent incident of bus burning in its vicinity. A press release by the association stated that the senseless act of vandalism has not only caused damage to property but also poses threat to safety and security of residents and business owners.
It further condemned the act of violence and urged the authorities to take immediate action to identify perpetrators and bring them to justice, pointing that the residents and business owners of Super Market are law-abiding citizens who deserve to live and work in a safe and peaceful environment. It also requested local administration to increase security measures in the area to prevent such incidents in the future and also appealed public to maintain peace and harmony in the community.
The Welfare Association further expressed solidarity with the bus owners and operators who suffered losses due to this senseless act of violence.
