Tenyimia church, Wokha guest house inauguration cum pre-Christmas celebration was held within the Church compound on November 30, with deputy commissioner of Wokha, Wezope Kenye as the chief guest.
A press note by Tenyimia Union Wokha (TUW) stated that in his address, Kenye acknowledged the Tenyimia community serving in different capacities in Wokha district while also expressing hope that they would always work in unity among the different communities. He also appreciated the Lotha community for the support and cooperation towards the Tenyimia community.
Chairing the programme, president of Tenyimia Union Kohima (TUW), Mathew Yhome lauded the ADC Wokha, Hotolu Swu and project director DRDA Wokha Thungdeno Mozhui for their material help extended in successful completion of the Tenyimia church guest house.
During the programme, Christmas message was shared by pastor of Rengma Baptist Church Wokha, Keshwenga Sep. Invocation was pronounced by advisor TUW Keyavi Apon, special number by Rengma Baptist Church and Tenyimia Church Youth Wokha. Convenor Building Committee, Tepunol Yore tendered the vote of thanks.
