TGKK kick starts annual session

Thahekhu Ghami Kiphimi Kuqhakulu (TGKK) has kick started its 54th annual session which would be held till December 30 at Thahekhu Village, Dimapur. 
The annual session was inaugurated by head GB Thahekhu village, Hukiye Yeptho and he exhorted the students to give due importance to sports for physical as well as mental fitness. He also urged the TGKK to take the initiative to encourage the students to take sports seriously and that the village elders and village council are ever ready for support. He also urged the TGKK to be true to its motto “Deeds not words” and not the other way around.
The welcome speech was delivered by TGKK president, Avikishe Khujumi and special song from Livika Swu of Vivace who is also the executive member of TGKK. Invocation prayer was pronounced by associate pastor Youth TVBC Boqhito Chishi and benediction by associate pastor children TVBC Vihoni Yeptho.
The three-day annual session consists of sports, games and literary activities for all age groups. Several renowned persons will exhort the members during the session.
