A thanks giving programme for MLA, C.L. John, was held on April 10, at Chenmoho village.
C.L. John in his speech thanked Almighty God for His unceasing blessings throughout the, recently concluded, assembly elections. He expressed his heartfelt gratitude to all his supporters, electorates, rank and file of the NPF party, 45 Tehok A/C, for reposing their faith in his leadership by electing him for three consecutive terms.
He also appealed to all the citizens and electorates of 45 Tehok A/C to forgive each other, asking both the winner and loser, ruling and opposition, to work hand in hand for constant development and peaceful coexistence in the constituency. He appealed to the people to uphold Christian ethics and principles of democracy. He also committed to delivering justice and to working with utmost sincerity and dedication for the welfare of the people.
