The newly allotted Sao Chang College bus, provided by Higher Education Department, was dedicated by pastor, Khiamniungan Baptist Church, Saksi, Tuensang, Chongma, along with the church’s Deacon Board members. The dedicatory programme was attended by principal, teaching faculty, and ministerial staff of the College.
