Rock band The Old School Nagaland launched its second original single and music video, “Rise As One,” at De Oriental Grand, Kohima, on July 10.
Inspector General of Police (INT), Nagaland, Rothihu Tetseo, IPS, officially launched the music video as the special guest, while Nagaland University professor Tiatoshi Jamir attended the event as the guest of honour. The five-member band comprises frontman Moa Imchen, drummer Kilang Walling, lead guitarist Lichen Kichu, keyboardist Sophia and bassist Yanger Imchen.
Speaking at the event, frontman Moa Imchen said the song carries an inspiring message of unity, resilience and collective strength, encouraging people to work together for a better future.
The band members also informed that they have several live performances lined up at different venues and are working on more original releases in the coming months.
