Thoktsur sub-centre under Noklak district was inaugurated by SMO CHC Noklak, Dr. Victor Lam NC in the presence of DPM (NHM) and Thoktsur villagers on November 29.
In a press release, DMO, NHM, Apheang informed that Dr Victor in his speech requested the village community to cooperate with health workers during any health care activities. Dr Victor said that it was the duty of the community to take ownership of the health unit as their own for smooth functioning of the sub-centre. He also spoke on community participation and mass vaccination during COVID-19 activities and urged them to get vaccinated before Christmas.
The programme was chaired by P Shukhim and invocation was said by Pastor, Thoktsur Baptist Church, K. Khiungmong.
