A three-day prayer and fasting was jointly held by Shisha Hoho Prayer Centre (SHPC), Touphema Baptist Church (TBC) and Naga National Prayer House (NNPH) Yorba from January 27 to 29, where over “400 payer centers in the Naga home land spent three days of fasting and prayer” on several urgent points.
In a statement, SHPC pastor Vezokho Vero, TBC pastor Zelhou Zumu and Naga National Prayer House pastor Vezalho Chakhesang said they prayed for protection from vast destruction upon Nagas and against hate and evil.
They appealed that “Christians all over India must remain prayerful and trust in the God of truth.”
Among other points, they also prayed that God would raise God-fearing persons in the upcoming election.
The organizers also called upon “every believer of Christ to earnestly continue to pray individually and organize the same, in groups, colonies, villages and towns, through the entire month of February, 2023.”
