Three people were reportedly drawn in Dikhu River below Longleng-Changtongya road today when the boat they were rafting over turned in the middle of the water. The 5-members from Yachem village under Longleng district went for fishing in the river and were rafting a boat. According to report, the bodies were identified as late T.Heichem Phom son of Tangiba Phom, late.T.Shanshang Phom son of Tahlong Phom and late C.Pongnyei Phom son of late Chingmo Phom, all from Yachem village.
