The Tobu Sub- Division Planning & Development Board & Picnic program was held at Pangsha river on December 12.
Addressing the gathering, advisor DUDA and chairman SDPDB, N. Bongkhao deliberated on various agendas submitted by villages. Bongkhao also urged departmental officers to work with sincerity, dedication and commitment when discharging their assigned work and duties for human resource development.
Chairman DAN, A. Nyamnyei and K. Kiko ex-candidate 48th Moka A/C also spoke in the program.
The program was chaired by ADC Tobu, A. Zibenthung Kithan. A welcome address was delivered by chairman, Ukha Lampong village, A. Neangba Konyak and a vote of thanks was proposed by BDO Tobu W. Moba.
