Parliamentary secretary for municipal affairs and economic & statistics R. Tohanba inaugurated Teka Imti Memorial children park at Sangto Christian School, Chessore under Tuensang district on August 8.
Tohanba in his address said that Sangto Christian School was a heritage educational institution which was the first school in Yimchunger area. It was set up in 1946. Presently it run upto class 10. He said this children park was constructed in memory of Teka Imti, first SIS in Yimchunger area in the 50’s. He said apart from many areas, human resource development was the most important component to march forward.
