Total Fit level 1 training held in Kohima

DIMAPUR, SEP 20 (NPN): Gethemgo Sports International, in collaboration with TotalFit Inc., USA, successfully conducted a three-day TotalFit Level 1 Training from September 17–19 at Physiofit Gym, Kohima, the official training partner.
The programme brought together 15 fitness enthusiasts and aspiring coaches, introducing them to the TotalFit approach that integrates body, mind and spirit for a holistic understanding of health and fitness.
Speaking at the event, Director of Gethemgo Sports International, Dr. Viposa Kiso, emphasised that “fitness is more than developing a strong body. We want to see fitness become a platform through which lives are strengthened and transformed—not only physically, but mentally and spiritually as well.”
The training included practical sessions on coaching, functional movement, programming, recovery, and holistic fitness development. Organisers noted that the initiative marks a step toward developing trained TotalFit coaches who can bring this vision to gyms, fitness groups and communities across Nagaland and beyond.
TotalFit Inc., USA focuses on optimal health through the integration of body, mind and spirit, while Gethemgo Sports International is partnering to develop this vision in the region, with Physiofit Gym serving as the official training partner.
