Shamator District Social Welfare Department ICDS Project organized an orientation/refresher training for Anganwadi Workers and Helpers on February 12 at the Cultural Hall, Shamator.
According to DIPR report, the program began with an introduction of training by CDPO and DNO Shamator, M. Lakiumong Yimchunger and CDPO Chessore, N.L. Tangsoi. Resource persons included Supervisors and Senior Supervisors from the department.
Training topics covered Nutrition Delivery in Saksham Anganwadi & Poshan 2.0, Aadhaar Enrollment for children, the importance of Pre-School, and the job responsibilities of Anganwadi Helpers. All Anganwadi workers in Shamator district participated in the training.
