Skill development training on modern basket and pickle making was conducted on September 18 at EAC Hq Sakshi block Longleng.
According to DIPR, the training was conducted by district administration (BBBP) and MSK Longleng. The training was targeted mainly for school dropout girls and unemployed women.
During the introductory programme, EAC Sakshi block, Ruokuosetuo encouraged the participants to take such activity as an opportunity to enhance their skill for self-reliance.
In his short speech, SDO(C) Longleng,Trongdiba Tongpi encouraged the participants to become an financially independent women. Head GB Sakshi appreciated the office for organizing such programme in their block. Altogether 30 women attended the training.
Trainers of the programme were Wanmei and Shamei.
