Training on ‘noting and drafting skills’

Training on “noting and drafting skills” was conducted at ATI Kohima from July 13 to 14 for assistants from different departments, wherein 50 assistants from eight departments attended the programme. 
A press note from ATI course coordinator, Dr. Hovithal Sothu stated that theoretical as well as practical sessions were taken up on related topics like file management and forms of communication.
In the valedictory function, the additional director (administration) Kevakha Kevin Zehol, said that the job each one was doing was God given assignment and therefore everyone should take it up on mission mode.
Stating that Nagas were second to none, Zehol challenged the young assistants to be committed to their job wherever they were, and to leave their footprints of good examples during their 35 years of service.
Dr. Hovithal Sothu, who chaired the programme, gave a brief report of the feedbacks received from the participants. He encouraged the participants to attend more training in future and also to apply the things they had learned in the training during execution of their jobs in their respective offices.
Huto and Ajungla spoke on behalf of the participants and thanked ATI and the course coordinator while vote of thanks was delivered by the chairman.
