A skill up-gradation on weaving training sponsored by Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan (NYKS), Dimapur was organised by Millenium Welfare Society (MWS) on November 17, at Ward 9, Medziphema town.
Speaking as chief guest, ADC, Medziphema town, Vikhweno Chalo, encouraged the participating trainees as well as the organisers to emphasise more on such type of skill up-gradation as they are key to women up-liftment and empowerment.
The keynote address was delivered MWS chairperson, Bano Angami and later vote of thanks was delivered by MWS secretary, Nini Savino, where she thanked and appreciated NYKS, Dimapur for supporting them and making the program a success.
