Tseminyu Town Baptist Church celebrates 50 years

Tseminyu Town Baptist Church (TTBC) celebrated its 50th anniversary on February 6 and 7 under the theme “proclaim love”. 

A press release by TTBC jubilee media cell, Jetilo Apon stated that speakers of the jubilee were secretary, NMM Rev. Andrew Semp and executive secretary, CRBC Rev. Haiwalo Apon. 

Speaking on the theme, Rev. Semp took references from first letter of Corinthians 13 and the “four loves” written by C.S. Lewis while on the second day, Rev. Apon in his message shared that in order to proclaim love, the word and action should go hand in hand, taking reference from Gospel of John 3:16. 

He further stated that love was not only a statement but also involved action and sacrifice basing on the truth.

Earlier, jubilee monolith was dedicated by Rev. Haiwalo Apon.
