Tsosinyu Village Council (TVC) and Gwachonlo Village Council (GVC) has banned hunting and fishing within its jurisdiction.
A joint press release from TVC and GVC stated that the ban shall be imposed with effect from April 1. This was decided after a thorough deliberation by both the village councils. The councils have appealed to the public for cooperation and warned that defaulters shall be penalized sternly.
