TSUN golden jubilee celebration concludes

A two-day golden jubilee celebration of Tening Students’ Union Nagaland (TSUN) under the theme, “Growing Together” culminated Tuesday. According to a DIPR report, special guest of the celebration, Rev. Ramriwang, encouraged the students to be united and to build a strong community. He said that hard work and dedication would always pay off.


Rev. Ramriwang, who was also TSUN first president, encouraged the students to live with dignity and to continue the culture of respecting elders. He also encouraged the students to be involved in community service.
The inaugural guest of the jubilee was commandant of 78 Battalion Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) WR Joshuah and the valedictory guest was Block Development Officer (BDO) Jacob Zeliang.


The Jubilee was attended by Tening students from Dimapur, Peren, and Jalukie, and representatives from neighbouring village student unions and well-wishers. The event featured cultural extravaganza and talent display from the union members.
