The Tening Town Youth Organization (TTYO) has expressed deep concern over the deteriorating network and internet services provided by Airtel in the Tening area. The organization, which represents the voice of the community, has reported a significant decline in service quality, particularly with frequent call disconnections and sluggish internet speeds.
According to TTYO, the poor network coverage has severely impacted various sectors, including government offices, educational institutions, and business communities, all of which rely on stable internet services for their daily operations.
Additionally, the 28 villages under the Tening Sub-Division, which depend on Airtel for online payments and other government-related services, have faced considerable difficulties.
TTYO has urged Airtel to investigate the issue and take immediate corrective measures. The organization warned that continued negligence could prompt further action, including public agitation, to ensure the matter is addressed.
