NSCN (I-M) chairman Q. Tuccu accused the Government of India of being insincere in handling the Naga political issue by taking it more than 23 years and still undecided even five years after signing the Framework Agreement .
Tuccu said this in his speech at the budget session of NSCN(I-M) for the fiscal year 2021-2022, which was read out by Steering Committee convener Ashiho Asoumai with Tatar Hoho speaker Arep Jamir in the chair, the MIP stated.
Tuccu reiterated NSCN (I-M)’s stand that the Framework Agreement was the most credible logic for Naga political solution.
He also paid homage to Naga martyrs who faced death in different circumstances and situations whle standing their ground for the noble cause of Nagalim.
Tuccu said that during the long “Indo-Naga political talks”, NSCN (I-M) had endured lies, deceit and sinister games against Nagas for destroying their God-given Naga political identity.
NSCN (I-M) chairman thanked God for giving NSCN (I-M) the courage and strength to stand the ground and also for giving its leadership the wisdom and guidance to withstand the divisive politics in the name of Naga political solution.
