Unidentified body recovered in Dimapur

Government Railway Police (GRP) Dimapur recovered the body of an unidentified non-Naga man from platform No.1 near the FOB LMG end at KM 260/0 on October 7, following a written memo received from the Station Manager, NF Railway Dimapur.
According to police sources, the deceased, estimated to be around 40 years of age, was found lying beneath the footbridge and appeared to be dead. Upon arrival at the scene, the duty party completed all legal formalities and subsequently shifted the body to the District Hospital Morgue for post-mortem examination and identification.
According to Dy. Commissioner of Police (Crime)/PRO Dimapur, the deceased with a black mole on the chest, was wearing black half pant, black T-shirt, and red slippers.
