Unidentified man found dead in Dimapur

DIMAPUR

An unidentified homeless man, non-Naga, was found dead in a marketing shed near Symbios, Super Market area, Dimapur, on June 10.
According to Dy. Commissioner of Police (Crime)/ PRO, police rushed to the scene after the incident was reported by a nearby resident.
PRO said the body Police rushed to the scene and found the body estimated to be around 35-40 years old, lying inside a mosquito net.
An inquest was conducted, and no visible injury marks or signs of foul play were found. Authorities suspect the cause of death to be prolonged illness.
After completing legal formalities, the body was shifted to the District Hospital Dimapur Morgue for post-mortem examination and identification.
