Nagaland ‘Unified Art for Ability – One Heart, Many Gifts’ promotes inclusion through art in Dimapur

In celebration of National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM), the Special Olympics Nagaland (SON), in collaboration with and graciously sponsored by Government Primary School (GPS), PWD, Dimapur, organised the event “Unified Art for Ability – One Heart, Many Gifts” on October 28 at GPS, PWD, Dimapur.
The unified art competition marked the first-ever NDEAM celebration in Dimapur, bringing together GPS students and SON special athletes in a shared platform of inclusion, creativity, and talent.
Among the Special Olympics athletes, Tiaba Tzudir, Yantso Kikon, and Moatula won the first, second, and third prizes respectively. From GPS, Ngumi secured first place, followed by Ajenla in second, and Tsushila in third, all students from Class 1.
All participants received certificates and gift hampers in recognition of their participation and artistic expression.
The Special Olympics Nagaland extended heartfelt appreciation to the Government Primary School, PWD, Dimapur for their sponsorship and support, making the event a memorable celebration of unity, ability, and inclusion through art.
