Unity college department of commerce held its first post graduate (M.com) farewell programme on May 26, at the College seminar hall which was organized by the 2nd semester students.
During the programme, college principal, Dr. S.K. Chhabra, encouraged the outgoing students to strive for success and to go for higher degrees. He said that M.Com 2016 batch will always remain special for being the first batch.
A speech on behalf of the teachers was delivered by HOD, Department of Commerce Dr. Tongpangkumla and speech on behalf of the outgoing students and juniors were delivered by Aloto Sumi and Priyanka Das respectively. Special songs, dances and other special items were presented by both 2nd and 4th semester students.
The programme was chaired by Deepika Das of M.Com 2nd semester and the invocation prayer was pronounced by Yupangmenla of M.Com 2nd semester.
