United Naga People’s Government (UNPG)/NNC (Parent Body) has informed that in compliance with the directive of Working Committee of the NNPGs and subsequent resolution on May 9, 2023, the council of kilonsers at an emergency meeting held on May 10 resolved to abide by the Working Committee resolution of May 9.
As per the resolution, Z. Royim Yimkhuing will remain as president of NNC Parent Body, and S. Kiviho Zhimomi has been elevated to president UNPG-NNC while Toshi Walling will remain as co-convener of NNPGs and ato kiloner of UNPG-NNC. The council stated that when the entire Nagas were yearning for common Naga aspiration as the earlies, disintegration or conspiracy within the group will not tolerated and will be dealt with befitting action. Meanwhile, the council appealed to all functionaries of the UNPG NNC (PB) to remain steadfast and pro-active in disgracing national duties.
