USSC 70th valedictory function held

United Sangtam Students’ Conference (USSC) 70th general conference valedictory function concluded at Tsithrongse village with chief secretary Nagaland, Pankaj Kumar as chief guest on December 17.
Speaking at the occassion, chief secretary lamented that solidarity among Nagas was the need of the hour and praised the conference for inviting other tribes to the programme. He also stated that students should cultivate clean mindset in society and should not involve in conditional voting.
President Phom Students Conference (PSC) Hongam stated that Phom and Sangtam bond was very strong and urged brotherhood relationship to grow stronger even in future. 
DCIO Alemba Anar and EAC Rosy Sangtam also spoke in the conference. 
The programme ended with a grand closing ceremony by Kiphire Area Students Union. The conference was attended by 2614 delegates from all the villages under Sangtam jurisdictions.
