In connection with implementation of Diary Entrepreneurship Development Scheme (DEDS) implemented through NABARD in the state, the department of veterinary and animal husbandry (V&AH) has informed that a special camp for District Diary Development Programme (DDDP) would be held in the five districts (first phase) for creating awareness and sensitization of dairy farmers, entrepreneurs and banks as per the schedule 5 June at Mokokchung, 12 June at Jalukie, Peren, 18 June at Wokha, 24 June at Dimapur and 27 June at Kohima.
Commissioner and secretary V&AH, L.H. ThangiMannen informed the chief manager, lead bank, Nagaland, Kohima to inform all concerned banks for the DDDP camp. It was also informed that all chief veterinary officers (CVOs) of the concerned districts to liaise with the banks, insurance company and inform all dairy farmers and entrepreneurs on the date, time and venue of the camp.
