Physical verification of pensioners drawing their monthly pensioners from the Sub-Treasury Office Changtongya will be held from February 25 to 26 for the period 2020-21, during office hours. Therefore, all concerned has been informed to personally visit the office along with necessary documents from 10am to 4 pm (life pensioners on February 25 and family pensioners on February 26). Failure to undergo the verification will lead to stoppage of all payments, the release stated.
In genuine cases, where the pensioner cannot be physically present due to ill health or old age, they should produce certificate from respective Church Office (pastor) with seal.
