Viphoma Village bans fishing, hunting

DIMAPUR: Viphoma Village Youth and Sports Organization has imposed strict prohibition on fishing, hunting, and collection of flora and fauna by outsiders within the jurisdiction of the village.
According to a press release, the organization warned that any outsiders found engaging in such activities would be fined Rs.10,000 per person.
It further cautioned that the restriction would be strictly enforced and directed all concerned to comply with the notice.
