Watsu Mungdang conducts programme on ‘women safety’

Watsu Mungdang comprising of all the units (Telen), conducted a sensitisation programme on “women safety” on June 24 for database collection of all working and non-working Ao women residing outside Nagaland.
In a press release, Watsu Mungdang informed that all its units from every town and village were assigned to maintain proper record of all females travelling outside the state for studies or jobs pursuits.
At the programme, advocate Mapujungla spoke on “legal rights of women”, Watsu Mungdang president, T Arenla Longkumer spoke on “women’s safety”, followed by short speeches from Watsu Mungdang vice president, Asola Ozukum and assistant general secretary, Moatola.
