WCSU further urged the concern law enforcing authorities to thoroughly investigate the crime and book the culprit without delay under appropriate sections of the law and award befitting punishment in accordance with the crime committed. It also appealed to the law enforcing agency not to grant bail to the accused under any circumstances.
