Wokha Circle students’ Union (WCSU) has informed that the union would be organising “Night Carnival” from December 13-21 at NST Parking Loot Wokha, 4:30 to 8 p.m. Interested individuals/groups may avail the forms from December 5 onwards at WCSU office.
