The 4th edition of WENN Bazaar, held under the theme “Creating a Sustainable Networking Space for Women Entrepreneurs,” concluded on a high note on October 4 at CT Square, Chumoukedima. The three-day event, organized by the Women Entrepreneurs Network Nagaland (WENN), ran from October 2, 3 and 4, 2025 and witnessed participation from 111 women-led enterprises across Nagaland.
According to organizers, the bazaar attracted over 10,000 visitors and generated a consolidated revenue of Rs. 70 lakh, surpassing expectations and marking a significant milestone in advancing women’s economic empowerment in the state. The event also supported over 405 employment opportunities through the efforts of participating entrepreneurs.
WENN Bazaar, an annual initiative, aims to accelerate women’s economic empowerment, enhance business literacy, foster innovation, build strategic networks, and celebrate indigenous talent and creativity. The 2025 edition successfully met its objectives, delivering tangible outcomes for entrepreneurs and contributing meaningfully to Nagaland’s economic landscape.
In addition to business showcases, the event featured seven hands-on workshops covering diverse entrepreneurial topics. On-the-spot registration for FSSAI and Udyam was facilitated in partnership with RAMP under the Department of Industries and Commerce. Other highlights included a surprise bridal fashion show by Kats Collection and a lively flash mob performance by students of St. Joseph University, Chumoukedima.
The event was supported by the Department of Industries and Commerce, Toyota, North Eastern Development Finance Corporation Ltd. (NEDFi), Indian Oil Corporation, Department of Women Resource Development, CT Square (Venue Partner), State Institute of Hotel Management (SIHM) (Hospitality Partner), and Synergy Group Enterprise (Production Partner).
