DIMAPUR, MAY 18 (NPN): The Women Entrepreneurs Network Nagaland (WENN), in collaboration with the Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI), conducted a one-day Business Governance Workshop for women entrepreneurs across four districts of Nagaland including Meluri, Tseminyu, Wokha and Zunheboto from May 8 to 16.
The workshop is part of an ongoing district-wise initiative aimed at strengthening entrepreneurial capacity across the state.
The sessions focused on the critical importance of documenting business compliances, equipping participants with practical knowledge on trade licensing, FSSAI certification, Udyam registration, financial literacy, skill development and various government schemes available to support entrepreneurial growth.
The workshops were designed to demystify regulatory processes and empower women with the tools needed to formalize and scale their businesses. The events witnessed participation from women who engaged with dedication and zeal, reflecting the growing momentum of women-led enterprises in the region.
