Wet spells likely to continue in NE

India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted that heavy spell of rainfall was likely to continue over North East region during next five days.
IMD stated that fairly widespread/widespread light/moderate rainfall with isolated heavy falls and thunderstorm/lightning was very likely over Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram & Tripura, Arunachal Pradesh and Assam & Meghalaya during next five days. IMD also stated that isolated very heavy rainfall was likely over Arunachal Pradesh during Sept 1-4 and Assam & Meghalaya during Sept 2-4.
