Deputy Commissioner of Mokokchung, Thsuvisie Phoji has permitted the JKM Infra Works LLP Guwahati, Assam to carry out blasting of stone for widening of road at the construction site of two lane between D.E.F Police Church to Yisemyong at NH 61 (New NH 02), Angetyongpang Tzu River area on March 4, 2025 between 3 pm to 10 pm with the following terms and conditions.
Under the condition, the contractor shall ensure safety and security of the life and property of public using the road. The company should follow all the relevant rules of the explosives Act/Rule, 2008 and JKM Infra Works LLP will be responsible for any damage of life and property. DC informed that the order will remain valid till March 4, 2025.
