Will stick to our ultimatum: ANCSU

All Nagaland College Students’ Union (ANCSU) has affirmed that it would stick to its ultimatum that was served on state government till its demand regarding selection process of technical education was fulfilled.
Addressing media persons at ANCSU office chamber here Tuesday, ANCSU fact finding committee (FFC) chairman O. Wati Jamir said a meeting was held with state chief minister on June 29 and also met chief secretary Tuesday with regard to the issue and rejection of the High Power Committee report. 
ANCSU said as the state chief secretary assured to give written statement on July 1 its further course of action to be taken depending on the written assurance. Union representatives said they would seriously and vigorously fight till the demand come to a logical conclusion.
ANSCU FFC had served an ultimatum to the chief minister on May 29 demanding rejection of the high power committee (HPC) February 2015, immediate recall of students who had been selected for MBBS/BDS illegally, immediate constitution of enquiry through CBI to investigate the conduct and selection of students in various technical courses during the last 10 years, to remove concerned officials from their responsibilities when the process of enquiry if being conducted and to take drastic actions against the erring officials.
