Woman charred to death in Chuchuyimlang

A woman was charred to death in an inferno that broke out at her house at Chuchuyimlang town on Sunday night at around 11 p.m. The victim, identified as Arenbenla and her husband Imtongzukba Jamir were sleeping when the room was engulfed in fire. The fire was suspected to have broken out from the kitchen. However, the husband managed to escape unhurt. 
The house along with all the properties was completely razed down to ashes. 
Parliamentary secretary Veterinary and Animal Husbandry, S. Chuba Longkumer visited the site on Monday. He assured all possible help and necessary assistance, for such an unfortunate calamity, from the government through the district administration, at the earliest.
